I’m not going to review the camera because if you’re looking at this package you probably already know about the camera.

The contents of the package are an exceptional value. I was a bit confused about the exact contents due to some in consistencies.

I was a bit confused about why they would highlight the fact they were giving you a battery, but as I assumed it came with an EXTRA battery. NICE!

The major confusion came from the 70-300mm lens. Under Technical Details it says the lens is Nikon AF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 G Zoom Lens Nikon 70-300mm f/4-5.6G AF Nikkor SLR Camera Lens(this is the correct lens) but under the Product Description it says Nikon 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G IF-ED AF-S. This lens is NOT and AF-S lens and requires a pin driven auto-focus and this lens is DEFINATELY not IF and doesn’t include ED glass elements. The lens protrudes a good bit when zoomed all the way.

The vendor for this product is excellent and responed to my query about the lens in a timely mannor. I didn’t see fit to down rate the product due to the small discrepency with the product description. I just wanted to provide clarification to any other perspective buyers.

excellent on carpets, but…..
This is a super machine on carpets however it is semi worthless on hard surfaces such as wood and smooth tile. The brushes tend to throw anything but dust backward so fast it doesn’t get vacuumed up. I usually have to go over the wood floors 3 or 4 times and still miss some.

Very good for the value
Pros: Definitely very good for the value. I got it for $99 from Amazon with free shipping. Design and retractable power cord. Slightly above average performance. Easy to dispose vacuum contents.
Cons: Difficult to maneuver. The power cord is not long enough compare to other vacuum cleaners.

You get what you pay for.
The belts break easily. Also after a while the thing just stopped working. I opened it up but couldn’t figure out what the problem was.

This tastes so bad that I could only drink this once! If you don’t like black licorice then you might want to reconsider buying this tea.

Great at first
This tea really does work, especially (for me) at first. I have trouble with my milk supply – and IF I pump TWICE at work, I’ll get a whopping total of about 5 1/2 ounces. I can’t imagine pumping 8 ounces, let alone 15. While this tea didn’t make me produce gallons of milk, it allowed me to sustain my milk supply. After a couple of months, though, it didn’t work as well…. or maybe it’s just that my little one needed even more milk. Motherlove’s goat’s rue tincture works really well though. For me, it’s better than the tea, but I take both daily anyway.

Works for me..
I was pumping and bringing home abt 15-16oz a day then literally overnight my supply decreased to 6-8oz a day. Trying to pump when I got home wasn’t working out! I was upset and frustrated thinking that I couldn’t feed my baby; and I really didn’t want to resort to formula. I tried drinking more water, eating more oatmeal..nothing seemed to work. So a friend recommended Mother’s Milk and my milk has INCREASED!!! I started Friday night and I now have that FULL feeling again. It’s Monday morning now and about 11:30 – pre-Mother’s Milk I would have pumped abt 2-3oz. in one session…post-Mother’s Milk 6oz in one session. Now the taste to me…a combinations of dirt and licerious, it’s awful! But I would drink mud if it would help my milk supply! My little one is 6 months now and I trying to make it to her first b-day. Hopefully this review will sway you to at least try it, it does work!

Lye soap is rumored to be good for all kinds of complaints, including rosacea, eczema, poison ivy, dandruf, oily skin, oily hair, and even – as the wrapper on this soap suggests – foul mouthed children.

I’ve had my eczema under control for a few years, but not my dandruf. My skin and hair have remained oily no matter what I do – not for lack of trying to control it, mind you. After a move, I started to have a pretty bad outbreak. I remmebered seeing this stuff in a local hardware store, so I thought I’d give it a try.

Oily skin? Not anymore. Hair? Nope. Dandruf? Seems under control. Eczema? It’s only been a few days, but it’s coming back under control.

Holy cow, this stuff is good.

Back at the hardware store again, it seemed that $3.99 per bar was a bit steep despite how good the stuff is (I bought more anyway). I came to Amazon today hoping that I’d find it for less.

More than twice what I paid? Are you kidding?

To heck with that. I can get it for less locally. There are even other sellers here who aren’t making a 150% profit.

Way too much
This is $10 a bar. Check other websites or your local True Value. I bought a couple bars today for $3.00 each.

Better price elsewhere

Don’t judge video quality based on what you see on PC monitor
Got mine about a week ago. Video quality is good – miles better than Zi6. However, the HD quality is still not there. While 720p resolution looks nice on a 15″ laptop screen or even a 24″ monitor. However, it’s a different story on a 50″ 1080p HDTV (Vado pushes 1080i). It’s pretty pixelated. HD+ is a little better but still doesn’t look smooth.

There is a speaker “pop” noise whenever the unit is turned on, off and recording/playback modes are switched. Although it doesn’t get recorded in the video.

Enter Canon SD780 IS. Got one yesterday. And I AM IMPRESSED. Smooth video – optical image stabilizer (although it helps a lot, doesn’t eliminate shaking completely). Colors are accurate, low light performance is better than Vado. Outdoor is CRISP.

Canon must not compress the video as much as Vado, even in HD+ mode. In HD+ mode, Vado shows 2h:12m remaining on 8GB. Canon shows only 44m on 8GB. May be that has something to do with “smoother” quality video.

Vado does not have still picture capability. Really? I mean come on – now you need to carry 2 devices. Plus, Vado is significantly larger than SD780 IS too.

Overall.. 780IS 720p video OWNS them all – in the compact HD category.

3-star due to lack of optical image stabilization, lack of scene quality settings and the protruding lens is a nightmare.

Excellent camcorder!
First of all, I paid $130 for this camera, so I really can’t complain. Amazon was having $100 off on it, and I got lucky. Now the camcorder is great. It’s small and should fit in your front jeans pocket with no problems. The picture quality is impressive for such a tiny little thing. It takes a little bit to adapt to different lighting situations, but you get used to it after a few days using it. Battery lasts a long time. I usually use it for taking very short clips, so it lasts me a long time. I just took it to Europe with me and got some great shots. The colors come out very nicely and the sound quality is very impressive as well. I wasn’t very impressed with the software that comes with it (only works on Windows). It doesn’t have a lot of editing options, but it’s good for straight YouTube uploading. I love the HDMI cable that comes with it. Plug right into the HDMI slot on your TV and watch your movie in HD.
I gave it a 4 stars because of 2 little things.
1. Very shaky. You have to have very steady hands to keep the picture looking good. When I stop and hold really still, the picture looks great. But walking and filming is bad.
2. Not compatible with the newer versions of iMovie. It does work, however, with iMovie 6. I have 2 Macs, and one has iMovie 8 and one has iMovie 6. So I got lucky there, and I can edit it on iMovie 6.
I would highly recommend this camera if you’re not planning on doing anything too elaborate. I don’t have much time to be editing my videos, so this camera works perfectly for me.
